Samara Polytech ranked TOP-100 of the best universities in Russia RAEX

On June 8, the RAEX agency published the eleventh rating of the best universities in Russia RAEX-100. Samara Polytech this year took the 70th line in the authoritative list.

When preparing the rating, the results of surveys among more than 85 thousand respondents were used: employers, students and graduates. Statistical information was also taken into account - data from surveys of universities, scientometric indicators and information from open sources. 206 universities from 31 regions of our country took part in the survey.

For the first time since the RAEX rankings were compiled, more than half of the places in the top 100 were occupied by universities in the Moscow and Leningrad regions. However, the ranking compilers believe that the authorities' initiatives to support regional universities may lead to a redistribution of places in the rankings in favor of non-capital universities.

In addition, the Polytechnic University confirmed its high positions in the recently published subject rating of scientific productivity of universities (RAEX faculty rating). Thus, our university entered the list of leaders in the following areas:

"Engineering Sciences".

The subject rating is compiled taking into account such key parameters as scale (H-index, share of publications, research team), quality (concentration of articles, citation quality), demand (level of citation of journals, number of citations per article, weighted number of citations) and superiority ( share of publications Q1, citation of articles Q1, representation in subdomains).
